The vast universe of our subconscious mind has the answers to recognize and achieve what you want and need. Utilizing several modalities I work collaboratively with you to relieve pain in your life however it manifests, emotional, physical, spiritual, relationships in stress, self-image, emotional trauma, memories, weight control, sleep improvment, stress management, all which can have underlying currents and factors resulting in pain, illness and disease. By exploring the subconscious we can discover what memories, events, experiences, that we are unaware of holding onto, that can be triggers/connections to the past which are now causing unwanted pain, throughts and behaviors in the present. By individually devising a process of releasing these negative thoughts we can change the neural pathways in our minds to bring relief from life struggles we are now experiencing and move into freedom.
